DIY Light Bulb Vase

This project is courtesy of  a Norwegian blog called Charming Recycling. You will have to ask google to translate it first but it will be totally worth it. The blogger has many great ideas for housewares and some that would translate perfectly to wedding decor.

Essentially, all she did here to create these lovely little vases was cut the very top of the lightbulb off with probably some sort of razor, pulled out the guts of the light bulb, set it on a napkin ring and filled it with water and a flower. She even saved the lightbulbs after they had burned out, so it cost her nothing to make them. I am going to attempt my own DIY, so stay posted.

Here are some great photos of her project.
